Hmm, well there is quite a few things that could be done as a YCH, like a picture where one of your chracters eats the client or maybe just helps you out by giving you a belly rub after a large meal.

There are many other ideas that could be used, just look around on FA or other sites for ideas.

It also depends on what your willing to draw since, to my knowledge so if I'm wrong then please tell me, you seem to be willing to draw many things.

There, just thought I would throw my £1 into this, of cource, there are loads of things that can be used as a YCH, it all depends on your imagination.

Hmmm those are a lot of good ideas you've put forwards.

There are only a few things such as Scat, Watersports and Gore. But rest is fine really.
