How I'm going to prioritize my art in future

Hi everyone!
Firstly, this isn't a rant or anything highly negative. I understand you guys have noticed I've been on the angry side a bit lately. I apologize to anyone who has felt any sort of concern for me.
Now to what I'm here to talk about.
Lately, I've had a bit of a dip in motivation in doing some artwork. I wasn't sure exactly of what might be causing this to happen. Whether its bits of different reasons such as procrastination, fatigue, stress, etc. I'm not exactly sure.
Last week though, I was talking to a friend, who is a very experienced artist within the fandom. I was explaining to him about this. What he said to me, pretty much answered a lot of questions I've been having lately.
I have not been giving much time to do art and such for myself.
I've realized I've been quite the art slave for the last few months. I think I've only done about 3 or 4 pieces that have been for myself, whether its personal or fan art, in the space of 6 months. Everything else has been mainly art for other people, or some art I've done for uni here and there. There's not much want, and it sometimes causes me to go do other things instead.
My friend told me that I should do maybe one or two personal art, per every one or two commissions/trades. Otherwise I'm gonna just lose the want to do my own stuff, and then any art at all.
I did a sketch, which I posted earlier today as a start to that. It has helped me feel more better.
Another thing I'm gonna try and do, is draw more clean art when possible. I've done no clean art for, I'm guessing about 2 months. That might be draining me out a little as well. So I'm gonna do that as well, just so I can have some variety for my watchers, especially those who are only clean art watchers.
Also, I have Confurgence coming up in just under 4 months. I want to get some good clean art happening, so I can hopefully have some sold at the dealer den.
This will mean I might get through my current list a bit slower, but I will get to them. And I know I've left some people waiting for a couple of months at worst too.
But this is to help me keep motivated as much as i can, so I don't lose it completely.
