Doki Majo Plus

The third game in SNK's in the Doki Doki Majo series should be out sometime this year. Why, there is already a trailer for the game for those that are interested. I do find it amusing that in the first on the boob touching aspect was like "oh my gosh! you can touch her boobies and they bounce! *blush* " Now SNK is full on for boob touching and has even gone so far as to have bum touching (watch to 3:30 spot to see what I'm talking about).
Now some argue that the girls in this DS game look way too young and are even going so far as to call it a pedo game (even if the girls in question have some HUGE boobs). What do you think? They're cartoon girls so it's okay, or are you on the "this sort of creeps me out" fence?
Me? Personally? I see nothing wrong with it. If it was in English, I'd probably pick these games up. Nintendo obviously see's nothing wrong with it or they wouldn't allows these games to make it to the shelves.

The one case had the guy looking at the stuff on a public computer (I think a library), so that's an obscenity charge right there.
The other had officers following a guy home from the post office, and then charging him based on his massive porn manga collection (only a small percentage was loli).
One of them plead guilty to obscenity charges, with the child porn charge dropped. I think the first guy might have had real child porn, in which case the lolicon was used to further the case and wasn't the sole evidence.
(Also, I've heard that it's illegal in certain states to use the US Postal Service to ship pornographic materials of any kind. So that could be why he was followed home.)
Again, I don't have the stories on hand, and I could be making a huge mess of the details.
But the Supreme Court did rule last year (May 2008, I believe) that drawings and digital art are protected by the first amendment. But "obscene materials" are not. It strikes me as odd that the law would rest upon a subjective term like obscene, but that's apparently the law. Guy One viewed obscene material in a public library, and Guy Two received obscene material via the US Postal Service. (If it's UPS or FedEx, or any other private service, the feds don't care.) So that's probably why they were charged. The feds aren't going to care if you have the stuff in the privacy of your own home, and as long as you're not using the US Postal Service to get it.
Cartoon girls are just as unable to give consent as REAL girls!
Can never be too sure, so just to clear it up.
