Just a heads up that starting with tomorrow's adoptable auction, I will be adding in a new rule:

"If your account looks inactive and/or sketchy, I reserve a right to refuse your bid. This could mean a lack of activity (No avatar, no faves or submissions, no comments or shouts, etc) or an account that was just created within a day prior to participate in the auction."

This is a rule that I know a lot of artists have, but I avoided putting it in place for my own auctions because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, after a deadbeat buyer from last week's auction, it's now in place. I really hate doing this, but I don't take crap like this and want to make an official rule about it.
