The news about your neighbor is awful.. I'm so sorry to hear that. I really hope her son is doing well...
It's good to hear your tooth is getting taken care of, though -- little by little, you're getting there. And soon it'll be taken care of and you won't have to worry about it anymore, right? Hopefully..? :)

And a very fun highlight! What a neat character, with such a rich and deep story. :) I'm always interested to see more perspectives on the struggles faced by transgendered people, be they real or fictional.
