vicious circles in my head

The last weeks and months though have been quite rough emotionally and as the situation is growing worse I dedicated more of my time and energy figuring out what is going on actually.
I think every passionate artist compares, everyone looks at one’s own work and critizise it. But I came to a point I had to realize things have gotten out of hand.
Being a visual person I figured it’d help me to understand that creating this kind of mind map, getting a picture of what causes these problems.
