Looking for prop armor makers

I dont suppose anyone out there would know a decent costume armor prop maker? I am looking to make a partial suit of armor for my bird char. Kyle for use with the fursuit. If anyone knows anybody that is good at making this sort of thing please let me know. I have been to some cosplay sites but most of them wont answer emails for some reason. If you know an individual person though please drop me their name/email so I can get in touch with them.

It does not have to look exactly like the pic but close would be nice. It has to be durable too.
