If getting art from me, you must maintain contact with me and contact me regularly, you cannot just ghost me and expect me to make art for you, that's not how it works. (I can't make art too well without a steady stream of communication) You also must treat me fairly, I am not just some machine to get art from. Please be respectful.
Also, if I am uncomfortable with something and don't wanna draw it, please don't try forcing me to draw it. If I say no, please respect that.
Of course, there is no reselling my art yourself, under ANY circumstances without my permission. My art is my own, you may not resell, trace, or any of that without MY written permission.

As such, I have the right to use the artwork to promote myself, display it in any way I like and post it anywhere I want. If I see fit, I may find some art unsuitable to be displayed (I will always let you know upfront if it’s the case).
As the commissioner, you have the right to use the work for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art, and use the picture to promote yourself and your characters. You CANNOT use it commercially in ANY WAY, take credit for the creation, claim the art is yours, delete the signature or alter the work without my consent.
