If a murder happens among members of any other group or community, would they mention that in the headline?
Imagine if the news said "Murderers were gay" or "Murderers were Asian" or "Murderers were Democrat" or "Murderers were Republican" or "Murderers were Catholic" or "Murderers were Atheist" or "Murderers were vegetarians" or "Murderers were Baseball card collectors"... pick any particular group of people who share something in common and put it in the title...
There would be an outrage! People would immediately point their affiliation/orientation/ethnicity is unrelated to the crime and needs not to be mentioned.
But since the killers (and victims) were furries it's okay to label them. They are all sickos, right?
