I know one of your admins removed TWO of my friends without reason, she didn't even send them a message first. How do we know someone else won't be randomly removed? That same person is still an admin in your group.

I believe you are talking about Jen.
My other admins and I were already confronting her about it, telling her to keep her biased opinions to herself and not let it effect the group.
The issue is, if hasn't already, in the process of being resolved.
