and the second gym spams stun spore like nobodyms business, use a parlyz heal, next turn it's stun spore
and they're always faster than me

The fourth generation is tough. You should visit Red on mount silver or the gym of Goldenrod City too in Heartgold and Soulsilver. They are strong encounters too.

I'm not ready for Red. Also, you're just suggesting Whitney because you live there. I don't see what makes her so tough, I'm able to kill her Miltank quickly every time I get near.

I find her Miltank pretty strong, but could have been my wrong choice of pokemon too.
