The fact that when I walk down the street wearing my confederate flag shirt I'm called racist... Well hear this. Yes racism has a part in this flag yes, but it's not what it's all about. I have family. Pardon me, had family that can from the southern states and died fighting under and for this flag; that didn't own a single slave in their lives. And wearing that flag I honor my family members who died serving for this flag. So go ahead and call it racist by your standards but never call me racist for honoring my family and my history.
