~ * TOS * ~
~This terms of service will be subject of change trough time.
~The terms are final and there will not be exeptions.
~I reserve the right to deny service without providing a reason
~You must be legally and adult according to the laws of your country to commission NSFW art.
~The commissioner must provide a clear reference (SFW or NSFW) where the body shape is clear and discernible. Images where the body has been heavily modified (Inflation, expansion, heavy gore, etc) will not be accepted as references.
~Will Do ~
-Anthropomorphic animals, monster girls
-Gift art*
-Fan Characters of any fanbase
-Humans and Humanoids
-Petite, thin, slim, fit, chubby, and fat body types
-Artistic nudity, pin ups
-My Little Pony
-Candy Gore and Gore
-Fetishes**
*As long as the character's owner is aware of/ok with the artwork
*The fetish you want will be discussed unless it's marked as a "Won't do"
~Won't Do~ *
-Morbidly obese or ripped characters
-Realistic portraits, realistic gore
-Underage characters (Include, but not limited to Pedophilia, Diaper fetish, adult baby), hyper, scat, vomit, parasite, watersports, inflation, oversized genitalia, rape
-Hate art, racism, suicidal themes, death
*I reserve the right to deniy service if I'm not comfortable with the theme of the commission
~Contact~
- Commissions will be taken via NOTES. Please, refrain from using the page shouts.
- Alternative ways of contact include Telegram ([at]SquidRox), Discord (SquidChamp#9573), DeviantArt (subject-Delta2, e-mail (elvientoazul[at]hotmail.com) and WhatsApp.
*Please, refrain from using any of this media for spam, or use several of them to ask for updates*
- Deadline will be 2 weeks after I notify you I'm working on the commission and you get your first update.
- If anything comes up that prevents me from working on your commission, I will notify you beforehand.
~Payment~
- All commissions must be payed up-front before a 48-hours period after we've agreed on the commission. If the payment hasn't been done, I will push the commission down one slot and attend the next commissioner.
- All payment will be via Pay-Pal invoice.
- I won't accept Artwork as payment. Alternative payments such as movies and/or videogames must be around the same price as the commission and in digital, region-free versions. I will not accept physical payments such as crafts or CD's/DVD's, since the shipping price would be too high.
~ Updates and WIPs ~
- Once I accept the commission, I will update you every time I make a substantial advance, it includes, but isn't limited to Sketches, Lineart and Flats where they apply. The update will be half the resolution of the final artwork
- After we've both agreed on the commission in question, I will send you an initial, rough sketch for approval.
*The sketch will be dirty/messy or with notes, but it will be refine and clean once approved*
- If you fail to respond my messages or deactivate your account, your commission will be put on hold for a period of 2 weeks or untill I get a response. Once the 14 days period is over, I reserve the right to cancel the commission without refunds.
~Prices~
-If you have any questions regarding my prices, feel free to note me.
-Tips and extras are greatly apreciated!
-If you want to tip me please send it though "for goods and services" and write "Thank you" (or any other message you desire) with the website you're on and your username.

~Artist's Terms~
- I own creative rights over the commission, so I ask for credit if it's reposted somewhere other than the commissioner's private profile.
- I will submit the commission in a lower resolution unless the commissioner decides otherwise.
- I will credit the character owner/commissioner unless asked otherwise.
- Do not use my artwork for profit use or advertisement. All my commissions are for personal use to the commissioner only.
- Do not ask for refund once line art has begun. Refunds are available only on the rough sketch and clear sketch.
- Refunds will be managed depending on the ammount of work, the stage of the creation and overall time spent. Full refunds will be given if I haven't worked on the commission.
- Do not remove my signature on the artwork.
- Commissions are limited to 2 slots per commissioner every batch. The commissioner is free of asking for commissions on the next batch.
- I will notify the commissioner whenever there's a major change/progress on the commission.
~Customer's Terms ~
- You own distributions rights for your commissioned pic, meaning you can use the picture anyway you want, or repost it on any site, as long as you're not making profit or edits without my previous consent.
- If youre reposting the artwork you must credit me. It's optional to link back the original submission, but you must not erase/edit out my signature.
- I accept anonymous commissions as long as you provide a way to keep in contact.
- The resolution of the final picture will be 1550x1950 at 4800 ppi
- If the edit requires the picture to be redrawn or remade, it will be charged as another commission.
