Well, we're hunkered down in Orlando waiting for Hurricane Matthew. Our home has a new roof, the trees closest to our house have been removed. We've got food and water. I think we're going to be fine.
We had just moved into this house the year three hurricanes hit Orlando. So we've had some experience with hurricanes. I"m still nervous, though. Matthew will be edging into Orlando while we sleep (presumably).
We all appreciate everyone's positive thoughts and wishes.

I hope everything is going well. The real mess starts after the hurricane passes. Hopefully you will have power and ultimately internet restored soon.
Good time to have HAM.
Orange County is under curfew until 7AM tomorrow, when I'll go back to work.
Despite the curfew, I'm going to go out for a brisk walk to check out the neighborhood in a bit.
I think the coast is taking the brunt of the storm damage.
The eye of the hurricane is just north of being parallel to us. Next update will be at 2PM.
I'm sending best wishes and positive energy to my friends in north Florida.
