CHANGING FORM OF PAYMENT TO INVOICES *PAYPAL TOS*

Paypal has changed their TOS and now if you are doing digital work for
money you need to use invoices to cover your ass basically. Also invoices
are more fair for artists. If you want to read about the new TOS 
reblogged the info on tumblr but if you want to read everything then go on paypal
and read the whole TOS.

Needless to say if you have not been doing invoices you might want to now.
I have been seeing ALOT of people getting screwed by commissioners who file
a charge back and paypal taking their side despite them already having their pics
completed and given to them.
So might want to read it.

PayPal didn't change the digital goods Tos this time around. The first picture is from a game or the like that is removing the micro transactions option due to PayPal not offering a digital goods protection.

Yeah, been doing the invoice thing for a few months. Just good practices. PLUS, then you don't have to be like 'huh..? Who is this, and what is this one for? They didn't put in ANY of the info I requested!' :p
