I've seen them around a few times. These are foam-based fursuit heads, with no jaw articulation, that are only slightly larger than the wearer's head. These would be perfect for doing partials, since the head would not be disproportionately larger then the rest of the wearer's body.
Anybody know who makes such fursuit heads?

Unless it's super hairy fur, those makers are probably putting felt-like thinner fur on it to achieve the same appearance. The jaw skeleton isn't that much larger and was made to fit snugly from what I can tell.
