I had to take a trip out to Alabama to deliver things to a relative (10-12 hour trip one-way). Today on the drive back, I passed something on the side of the road. It was a dead doe. Out on I-20, a dead deer is not uncommon. What *was* weird, was the fact that all four legs were missing. I only had a few seconds to look at it, but the rest of the doe did not have any tears or rips, and its tongue was hanging out- and organs and tongue would be the first things a predator would eat before the legs. The memory of what I saw as I passed it kinda stuck in my mind the remaining 5 hours of the drive back home.

I really hope that I'm not becoming part of some creepypasta story.
