At all times, there are two opposite points on the Earth that have the same temperature and pressure!

Because:
Temperature and pressure are continuous functions of position.

If you pick any two opposite points on the Earth's surface, they'll probably have different temperatures. Now, move these points around the Earth (keeping them opposite) so that they end up in each other's starting positions. The temperature at the first point changed continuously along the way to reach the temperature of the second point, and vice versa.

Because the temperature change is continuous as you move the points, there must have been a time where the temperatures at the two points became equal.
That means there are two opposite points on Earth with the same temperature.

That also means there's no path you can use to replace the two points that doesn't cause the temperatures to cross. To make that possible, there has to be a line that goes all the way around the Earth where the temperature at every pair of opposite points on that line is equal.

Now we can choose two opposite points on that line and look at their pressures. Moving those points to replace eachother along that line means that their pressure has to become equal some time along the way. Those two points have equal temperature and pressure :D
