Why the continued delay on commissions?

This is a little update for the people who don't follow my twitter.
No one is more frustrated by my continued lack of commission progress than I am. I was fully intending on getting right back into it starting tuesday and continuing on like normal. However, I picked something up in San Antonio that I think is a short flu? A bad cold? and my timeline this week has gone something like this...
Tuesday: Sore from weekend, manage to sketch a commission. Notice throat hurts a bit, think it's just because I haven't had enough water.
Wednesday: Finish commission- http://www.furaffinity.net/view/21409224/ . Later in the day my throat feels like razorblades. Body and joints become sore in the evening.
Thursday: Body in full blown super inflamed mode. Can't move, stuck in bed all day, took quil so I can get some rest. Feeling a little better so try and go outside, realize my huge mistake and come back home to die. Bad fever.
Friday: Feelin slightly better, throat still hurts, limbs feeling too weak to hold much of anything. No fever. Only taking delsym today, don't feel so drowsy.
I really hoped I could put a bigger dent in my commission list, and I'm hoping with how today is going I can get back to work on that by later this weekend. Right now I'm focusing on drinking a ton of water and sleeping. I don't tend to be sick for very long even when I am sick so I'm optimistic.
Now, no one has really bothered me about the time I'm taking and I thank you for your patience on that <3 Just wanted to give an update since last journal I said I wanted to get back into it this week and I just haven't >>
