separate adopts/designs account?

is that something i should do? im a bit afraid that things will go unnoticed and that ill wind up just posting stuff here anyway
but a lot of what ive been feeling good about doing has been designs/adopts rather than commissions and i dont want to clog my gallery with it
(also: if i dont respond im super sorry i am WAY forgetful when it comes to responding to stuff! i read and appreciate every comment even if i forget to reply)
