There's nothing like walking through Walmart and seeing all the Christmas shit already for sale for that realization and depression to sink in
That you're going to spend the holidays alone

*Hugs very tightly* I know life can be very tough, and I know this current situation is depressing, but there's always hope things will get better. I myself have been spending both christmas and my birthday alone for at least the past 4 years and I haven't given or received any presents or gifts for either of those occasions during those years. I'm not trying to shame you for your emotions, I perfectly understand that trying to compare situations can often be futile and that your experience might be completely different from my own, but I'm just telling you its possible to get over it. *Hugs* Whatever you think, you're not garbage and you're not worthless.
