I get so many people noting me to try and give me info for a commission. (by note i also mean on other sites that have some kinda private messaging system)

Please remember that notes are mainly for questions or non com related stuff and that any commission orders made through them can't be accepted.

why? there's a few reasons:
1) the form asks for all the info I need to complete the commission.
2) it keeps all the info in one place so nothing gets lost or missed if it's spread over several notes. and makes sure i can access it even if FA is down.
3) it keeps your personal information SAFE. After that last hack to FA I don't want to risk peoples personal info. It's only held on the website that hosts the form until the commission is completed.
4) the order form contains my ToS which you have to agree to and sign, this makes my ToS legally binding and outlines what you can expect from me in the process of getting a commission. and covers both our asses should any legal issues arise (not that I expect them to but they have in the past).
5) the site the form is stored on allows me to download it as a PDF for my records, which i store on my PC for 7 years after the com is completed (as required by UK law). and allows me to access the order form and continue work even if the internet isn't working.

so if i point you to the form when you've given me com info, please don't take it to mean anything bad. i just need it in the form instead. it's better and more reliable for all of us.
