Well, as far as getting the commission thing going. Bascially you do a journal saying you are offering commissions. Then list prices for said commissions. For example Jeeves offered two commissions slots the other day for five dollars a piece for a five to ten page story. Both were snapped up rather quickly. On another note, it will generally be your watchers that take you up on commissions, so the more you have you greater your chance of getting commissions. Beyond that payment is really up to you. Some people do paypal, electronic checks or other such things. Also I won't lie to you about this, getting people to pay you to write is difficult. I have toyed with the idea myself, but come to the conclusion that it isn't really worth it, mainly because I have a rather small number of watchers, and my writing talent is minimal to say the lest. You sign up for an account, from there you can attach it to an existing bank account that you have. Once this is done you can transfer money into it. Once you have money in your paypal you can send funds to others and it gets put into thier paypal account. You can also put paypal funds into your bank account, however they screw it up sometimes from what I understand, or get a paypal debit/credit card. There is info on thier site for better details.
