Thanks... but until I boot the roommate, which is something I can't really do at the moment, they won't. He moved in to help take care of my father, which is something I couldn't do... and he's a friend of my brother's, and unable-to-work disabled, so I can't just punt him.

Maybe things will get better in a different way. Either way, I wish you strength and flexibility. And hugs!
