Sense being hit, my mental health has been almost as bad as my physical if not worse. I already have ACTUAL anxiety, and this isn't helping. I feel like a burden and I feel helpless, I know this burden part isn't true but it's still in my head and I can't get it out. Also I can keep hearing Lacy's screams from after we got hit... It's mentally draining and I have a lot less motivation to do anything and I'm a lot more easily irritated. I'm not mentally well, and not being able to walk isn't helping that.
