okay so i just gt on paypal n they told me to give them my tax ID number?????? andddd idk what to do, do i give them my SSN ???

I just ignore it nothing happens it's just an annoyance.
But as much as you made it makes since it would ask, paypal isn't the safest though they have been hacked before I wouldn't give it to them, a hacker could steal you're Identity, maybe just add the amount annually to your tax info when that comes up.
If you make over 200 transactions, BUT have not hit a certain total income amount (which is 20,000$ for PayPal), you do NOT have to pay income taxes!!
They just need your identification on file for now. I mean, you can file taxes under any income amount but Paypal won't force you at this time.
