ive been seeing a lot of changes so far while being on t and im happy with the results so far ive gotten information about a top surgery surgeon so things have been running pretty smoothing and the only complication ive hit is name change because of how complex the legal system is ill get it worked out though!

aside from that ive decided spencer is a more fitting name for me than ian is so thats what ill be going by from here on out! im still keen on people who dont know me either calling me kara or lamb though for personal reasons

ill probably be taking videos every 2 months so i can see a bigger change with each video (i know thats kinda abnormal since people do every month usually)
