It's that time of the month for me again. The week before it actually. With an anxiety and depression disorder, PMS is 100X worse. My moods rise and fall and wen I feel better, it's not truly better because I know in a few minutes I'll swing back into severe depression. Don't worry! I don't plan on hurting myself though it can be tempting at times. It also blows my focus and I can hardly do my school this week. My moods are swinging wildly and I want to cry and I'm tired and overwhelmed because I haven't even STARTED my school work and it's already noon. I keep biting my nails and around them and one of my fingers wont stop bleeding. It's bandaged though so here's hoping. I can't wait for shark week to pass.
