Heyo Everyone ^^ Heres an updated TOS in more detail than the previous version :3 I ask that any commissioners new and those returning for more take some time to read this please :3
1. The Art & Client Responsibility
- If you wish to commission me please do so via FA note, I will always answer as soon as possible but please keep in mind the different time zones that may cause a longer than usual time to reply.
- If you wish to commission any art that is adult/NSFW rated then you must be 18yrs or older, by confirming any commissions of this nature you are also confirming you are of legal age to do so. Anyone found to be breaking this rule will be immediately blacklisted and the commission cancelled permanently
- It is up to the client to provide me with the most up to date reference possible when needed, if a visual reference is unavailable you can use a highly detailed description.
- If the reference includes a photo of a living person you must have permission to use it and it must be clean/SFW, Nudity or sexual content photos cannot and will not be used.
- When commissioning me I will give you an estimated time to start the commission and estimated time that it will take to complete once work has begun, this may be updated and you will be regularly updated via note or email.
- ETA's may othen move up on the list but will only be delayed under rare circumstances that cant be avoided or if by request of the commissioner for an agreed reason.
- During work I will send occasional updates to let you know how things a progressing however you are free to message me if you have any concerns or questions so long as this is within reason
- You may also request to see WIP's however please let me know in advance.
- I am more than happy to do edits within reason however once each stage of the art has been approved it wont be open to major edits.
- When the art is complete you will get an FA size copy (769x1000) and may request a Hi Res copy as well.
2. Things I will not draw
- Underage characters in sexual situations or suggestive art
- Extreme Violence and or Gore (e.g Rape, Realistic Vore, Death)
- If you are unsure of anything feel free to ask :3 the mentioned above aside I am open to most types of art :3
3. Acceptable Use
- You are free to display art you have commissioned from me in your own gallery so long as credit is given where due.
- The image or comic can never be claimed to have been created by anyone other than the myself the artist.
- The Image or comic cannot be used for commercial use unless agreed otherwise
- The completed image or comic cannot be edited and passed off as a new original image or comic.
4. Payments
- All payments will be done via Paypal Invoices.
- Do not send any payments until the invoice has been received.
- Once you do have the invoice check it to be sure the agreed details are correct.
- All payments are in GBP unless agreed otherwise.
- Payments for comics will be upfront unless agreed otherwise.
- Payments for Pin Ups or YCHs must payed by the agreed time.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- I reserve the right to cancel any commission as I see fit.
- You have the right to cancel any commission as you see fit.
- If a commission is cancelled in the middle of working on it you will be refunded minus the amount equivalent to that of the work that has been completed up to that point.
- If a commission is cancelled before work has begun you are entitled to a full refund (however repeated abuse of this will result in you being blacklisted)
- Once the work is completed if you are unsatisfied with the work for any reason this does not entitle you to a refund (Unless under certain circumstances at which point we will discuss further)
6. General things to note
Please keep in mind that yes this is a serious and professional service I am providing and would appreciate a mature and professional attitude when discussing a commission. That said im not an emotionless robot and I understand how things can change an come up mid way during these times, My rules are strict but I am flexible and you need not be afraid to raise any concerns or questions you may have :3 I want every commissioner who comes to me to be satisfied with the work and service they receive and enjoy the process of seeing there ideas come to life via my art :3 This is a business but its also my passion and be it clean or adult themed you can rest assured I will put my best into everything I do for you :3

I helped out in a computer shop some years ago, occasionally you have to look at someones internet history or files. Policy was no matter what you see, keep your mouth shut. Unless its kids, in which case call the police.
I can totally understand your terms, seems very fair.
Normally I see this type of stuff in some hard-ass serious artist's page, but you went for this, regardless of (from the looks of things) being a really friendly person. I like that kind of combination
Is this to say that an inked pice of art can't be colored and posted without clearly crediting, its source? (Being you of course) or is editing of any kind not allowed period?
