Fight against sexual/mental harassement

I got quite a depressing note from a friend a few days ago, where she asked me for help with sharing this:

She was the victim of both sexual and psychological harassment at her work place
and even thought she asked for help and even complained more than once
no one actually dealt or made her problems lesser, it even got worse to a point of no return.
She's now mentally crippled and at work leave, yet she's even still harassed through the phone, making her illness even worse!!!!!!
Please, even if it's to share a penny, could you please give her some support.

I walked into work with my 357. on my hip. I got fired, but I made it known. I am nobodies sexual toy, and your friend isn't either. I hope she can do something to stop this. In my opinion, I think everybody needs personal defense training.
But sexism is everywhere.
I would love that ppl understand that harassment/words cripples peoples.
