By commissioning, you understand and agree to all of these terms.
Any price quote is subject to change. After a price has been made final it will not change.
I have to right to refuse a commission.
I reserve the right to use photos we have taken or have permission to use of costumes we have made.
A reference sheet of your character is required. I will not work from a description.
All commissions require an upfront 30% non-refundable deposit. Even if you cancel the commission, I still keep the deposit. No construction will take place until the deposit is paid. You will not receive your commission until it has been paid in full.
If you need to cancel the 30% deposit in non-refundable and if your commission has been worked on it is 50% non-refundable. If your commission is finished it is 100% non-refundable.
All commissions are custom made to your specific measurements. I accept no responsibility for poorly fitting suits due to measurements being taken incorrectly.
All customers must be at least 18 years of age.
After a commission is started, there can be no change to design. I reserve the right to refuse alterations to design.
Shipping is not included in the price of commission. Once a commission is shipped, it is no longer my responsibility.
All work is guaranteed for 60 days upon the day you receive it. Any unapproved alteration voids the warranty. Warranty covers problems with construction, normal wear and tear is not covered.
