TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE CUSTOM, YOU MUST:

- Have me on your +Watch list
- Create a journal entry featuring my profile and include a link to it (optional: include a link back to this journal)
- Comment here with a link to your journal entry featuring my profile

I WILL THEN SEND YOU A NOTE CONTAINING THE FOLLOWING FORM

Primary Colours: (up to 3)
Secondary Colours: (up to 2; these could be used for accessories, eyes or other accents)
Preferred Markings: (no more than two; eg. spots, stripes, hearts, skeletal, other shapes, etc)
Preferred Species/Base: (a list of bases I currently hold the rights to use can be found here)
