Vacation notice and general updates~

Hey there everybody! hope you've all had a great halloween, i'm gonna bet half of you still have some candy from last night gurgling away in your tummy x3
But yeah it's been a while since i've wrote a journal, and considering i have a few things to tell you i thought it'd be a good idea to catch up
So the first thing is is that i'll be going on another vacation! Not a huge one though, just for five days, but it's great to unwind a bit~
I'll be gone from the 7th of November until the 11th, in a bungalow in the south of the Netherlands! And it's likely that i won't have internet so i'm just letting you know you won't hear anything from me during that time, i will be working on sketches though ^^
Alright! so now that we got that out of the way, time for some health stuff!
As you might already know i've always been pretty skinny, quite a contrast to the stuff i draw i know x3, but for the past three years i've been trying to gain weight, but it's really difficult as i addressed in a journal about a year ago http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/7224078/ in which all of you were really helpful with tips and stuff~
I've been taking things a bit more seriously now though, exercise is quite crucial for healthy weight gain and i've been going to the gym lately, and i've been making some pretty good progress lately!
Back when i made that journal a year ago i was around 121lbs, and this morning i stepped on the scale to count 130lbs! Now that may not seem like much to you since it took me a whole year to gain just nine pounds, but for me and my super fast metabolism it's a huge accomplishment! i feel a lot better over all too, and i definitely wanna keep going even though it's mostly fat and not much muscle x3
So to anybody who happens to be in the same boat as me, or somebody who wants to lose weight instead, with the right mindset i'm sure you can get it done! Believe in yourself and never give up! that's what i told myself to eat more at least, and trust me, with a pretty much nonexistent appetite like mine, it's really hard x.x
And lastly, i'm sure many of you know that i've been getting into animation lately, and i wanted to let you all know i've been working on a pretty big project for the past few weeks, i can't reveal too much but it involves a fat Charizard and plenty of wobble physics! and unlike my previous three animations which were only a few frames long, however this one is gonna have more than 40, each individually drawn! So stay tuned for that <3

Also it's funny, I'm trying to loose weight... 250 pounds isn't healthy for a guy my age. =(
I have dropped 10 pounds over the summer, which is a pretty big accomplishment considering my metabolism is non-existent!
But seriously though that's great progress and you should be proud! keep going ^^
Alright now about the health fat stuff, if you went to 121lbs --> 130lbs ; its i think ; mostly muscle, since you went to the gym, i doubt you actualyl gained weight, but gaining muscle before soft fat is really good ! Your body needs muscle to carry all that weight around ! As a "good" gainer i guess x3 ( Since in 2 years i went from 120lbs to over 250lbs ) That to gain weight, you need more meals, more calories, you can eat healthy ! But in huge quantity, push yourself to eat more and more, your stomach needs to train itself so you can hold more food, also, dont try fat gainer shakes, they just destroy your organs and are totally useless unless you want to get a six pack ! Which is not what we want ; us , fatties, take really care about sugary stuff, chocolate is indeed EXTREMLY fattening , you're gonna gain 10lbs per months with chocolate stuffing but its really bad for your body ( i experienced that too ) , take care about what you eat; i gained so much fat thanks to night stuffing; fill your belly to the brim and then go sleep ! You'll feel soooo full and good ! And then bundle up, i tried that experience, its wonderful, and you'll wake up every morning a bit fatter ; after a month you'll see result and increase the food quantity !
We are in the same boat ! But if you become as fat as me, we'll break it x3 !
