Moving into my first house, December!

so through sheer luck and my family's desperation I am about to be taking over the house I grew up in for 20 years of my life. It needs hella repairs though so I was wondering, if I did a gofundme to raise money for carpet/flooring/roof repairs would anyone be willing to donate? I am still the only one in my household working but I can afford the house payments and bills, just not these repairs and I really wanna make sure I won't be suffering in a house for too long xox
