I kind of ran into a situation myself. I had not used my SL account for a few years, then when I tried to log back into it, I couldn't. Digging around I found that my account was locked due to inactivity, which is probably a safe thing to do, but I could not get the account unlocked again.

yehhh.. i randomly log in every so often just in case... its a silly thing.. but id heard friends had that happen so i make sure to log in every few months...

I use it as a character building tool. My partner models dicks and has made quite a killing off of it, so he has his own sim that I'm often hanging around

Yeh ive been looking at building my own models in maya and importing them..not sure how to do it exactly yet and i need a new computer before i can model again though
