A Small Update

And now, journals!
This is a little different from the normal peppy journals I tend to make since this week was kinda shitty x.x
- I had a headache for the entirety of it that no amount of water, sleep, or painkillers seemed to help
- Schoolwork piled up for the first time in forever, causing stress
- Had some drama that was solved quickly, but stressful nonetheless
- I forgot to/didn't have the strength to go to the gym since everything was happening, so now I'm behind on my workout regiment and feeling a little out of it
As a result, I'm slowly making my way through my notifications and stuff, but don't expect anything too big from me for a while. I got a lot to think about and stuff. I don't expect to start talking to all that many new people too, and I might stick with close friends for a while just until my mental stamina recovers a little bit. Thanks, and have a good one!

Actually taking a break from the gym every now and then helps your body recover properly.
I usually swim every other day.
I didn't swim at all two weeks and I swim once this past week.
Was more efficient and got more laps in.
