I'm the horribly clingy type aswell, wouldn't even mind to live in pure isolation with my partner only, and sadly I can easily feel abandoned with lack of attention.

Its not bad but you do have to realize that you wont get that attention 24/7 I use to be that way but after a few relationships where the assholes wouldnt talk to me or dissappeared I kinda realized i didnt need that much attention to be happy. To be happy I just needed the time I had with them. Like when me and my fiance lived far apart we tried to talk every day and only missed a few days but I was happy with what time we did get to talk like the 30mins or so talk was fine with me sad but fine. You got to remember you are an adult now you wont always get your way but treasure what time you get with someone. Its not bad to be clingy just remember dont rub it in their face they dont spend time with you that makes you a dickhead and dont whine about when they are busy and you know why they are busy. If someone has a job and is busy then be happy for them. Once you get out there adn get a job you will realize that.
