Do you ever fap to your own stories? How often?

Just around for this question because on lunch:
- I have fapped to Canis' stories, but to my own, not really... I get obviously aroused from the fantasy but usually turn to Canis for release

O-oh. -blush- I um.. I can get aroused writing them, but in general even reading back a good while after I've written it... I can get up but not over the edge. Which is when I um... Blizzard... -blushes and hides behind my wings-

What's currently your favorite write theme? (I know probably a lot to choose from)

Write theme..? Like genre? I'm not good at picking favorites for anything.. e-except Ice Dragons.. -blush-

I have to admit Realistic. Like scenarios that could actually happen, if furries & scalies were existing IRL. While I enjoy Transformation quite a bit ever since having started it, I still like the vanilla literotica but with the unique features of furries and scalies. Such as their extreme sexdurance, knotting, claws, etc.

U-Uhm... -blushes- That he's who he is? Cause Blizzard is nice and kind and sweet and loving and my favorite part of him is him

Canis' endless caring I would have to say. It might be over-worrying often, but being worried about and taken care of is an amazing feeling

Ummm... Favorites are hard for me...

I liked 'The Immortals' trilogy by Tramora Pierce, as well as 'The Belgariad' and 'The Mallorean' by David Eddings. Those are right up as my favoured books to re-read

So, how do you decide who writes what on your stories?

How do you come up with ideas for them?

Well... Blizzard's actually been writing all the YCHs for a while because my life's kinda gotten.. stressful. But normally we talk over things.. like Blizzard it much better at bigger kinks and smut. I'm not sure what I'm good at.. -blush-

And we both can get really good ideas when we use the other. Like just sounding off questions or ideas, or bouncing them back and forth makes more concrete, varied and interesting ideas than us ourselves.

More romantic and relationship focused things go to Canis, I take the down and dirty stuff ^^ Although he is doing quite well with it, too. He wrote the Halloween Party one for example and I just did proofreading.

Usually it's kind of a thing of 'what resonates with who' kind of deal. Like if I enjoy a concept a lot, I hog it and don't let Canis write it XD Same the other way around. It's a... heat of the moment kinda deal I would say - and obviously also depends on how we feel at a given time

As for ideas.... They really just come to me at least. But I love collaborating with our commissioners to make sure everyone gets what they want

How much do you work on editing drafts?

Me? Mhhhh not that much personally. I also don't make rough drafts too much except when having writer's block to keep the story going and write the other pieces until I can reconnect to the gap I left.

In total per story for editing I would say 30-60 minutes. I spend more time proofreading and suggesting on Canis' stories' than my own though since I am narcissistic enough to believe all my stuff is awesome XD

My first drafts are usually pretty rubbish until I go polish them up.

I think it might just be because I try to get to a certain number of words when I'm writing.

I feel you. I think what helps me is that I discuss and think the plot a bit stronger through and go by my own created markers rather than freestyle writing

Less than I used to - which is a good thing. Back when I first tried to start writing for myself, I would think that the Prose had to be totally perfect the very first time, which would get me stuck on finding the perfect word/sentence, second-guessing myself and eventually getting nowhere and giving up.

It still happens when I attempt to draw T-T

I don't work for too long on editing my drafts because lots of the time I will go back and edit in the midst of my writing, and because I haven't written anything long enough to take that long to read back through with a critical eye.

I tend to spend more time on Blizzard's stories of similar length - just need to make sure everything is readable within the german quirks. -winks and then blushes madly, hiding in my wings-

Heh, I've never been able to really draw. I always get an immediate frankensteiny "What have I created!?" Vibe.
