I probably won't have any interest in visiting you for the next 4-8 years.
For all you good peeps wanting to leave, Australia's door is always open.

Bears, coyotes, alligators, snakes, big-ass spiders, 2nd-Ammendment-loving bible-thumpers...
We're surrounded by hostile crittters.
Pardon my crap typing. I've been drinkin gmy sorrows away.
Plus the BP oil spill.
So even out wateris scary as hell, just like over there. ;)
Instead of alligators, we have the biggest crocs in the world. Again though, they're more up north.
The fewer gun-toting, flag-waving, redneck, born again, toothless, dip-chewing, "men of God" I have around me, the better.
I'm also happy to trade our possums for your possums. MUCH less scary
We have gun laws heres so you won't have to worry so much about that.
We have our own version of rednecks, which we call them Bogans. There not as rednecky but you'll usually find them in rural or dodgy places.
The majority of Christians in Australia are a lot more relaxed, being an active one myself. Obviously you'll find them anywhere in the world, but here you don't have anywhere near as much, who bible thump or hate different communities and such like over there. Which is good. We're pretty accepting of people.
I love our possums over here, they are awesome. Especially the ringtails.
Whoever wins, we're just hoping the medical system where we go isn't a complaint joke the way it is here.
It's going to get bloody.
I don't know that we'll come out of it alive.
I understand why you would not like having lots of people leave your country. It's not good for any country if it happens. But there are a lot of Latino and Muslim people in the US, and it could affect them pretty badly. Even for the LGBT and African-American communities, this is not too positive for them either.
You do make a good point, but I think there will be a lot of people leaving regardless.
Fuck, man. Totally crazy.
But you can get more for your buck here with the way our dollar is atm. Same with Canada and such.
Unfortunately as mentioned above, I live in a unit. Space is taken
(seriously though, be glad you don't live here)
You can come over whenever you want ^.^
and i would put up with the bugs of australia to live there now MAKE ROOM
It's not surprising that a lot of people in this fandom (who are Americans at the very least) don't like Trump. Basically for the reason that him coming into power, could have a potentially negative effect on a large portion of people within the community. Especially those who are LGBT or of particular backgrounds and cultures, some of those who are quite worried for their well-being at the moment. And I think some people are more worried about their friends and family, and their well-beings over their jobs.
If it does well for you town though, that's one positive you can take at least. But not too many people are looking positive in the long run though.
Noooooooo!!!!
If you're talking about me coming over with them, you might have to wait a few years unfortunately.
I think they'd have an easier time joining us here in the frozen north... From what I hear, Australia isn't exactly open to immigration haha.
Immigration is usually pretty good over here, which is why we're known as one of the world's most multi-cultural countries.
But then again, didn't the immigration site crash?
Yeah... Yay Canada lol. None of the stuff we need to work, works.
But hey, our PM is pretty dang hot, so that's something, right?
Maybe it's because i'm not an American...
Or because i'm not good in english, but...
What's wrong?
I don't understand why
And i think that he was acting for public (hope i wrote it correctly)
