yea by his actions I believe in no way is he Christian, but then again most people that claim they are now days don't follow the actual religion anyways

I actually haven't seen this yet, which is surprising... cause I think Obama was perhaps more christian than Trump or Hillary but most of those honestly don't follow the actual religion but more so follow the community that they grew up into and the whole "I'm a Christian that goes to church every Sunday and you're not so you're obviously a terrible person". So... Idk what they're honestly talking about and it's bigoted idiots like those that make me dislike religion almost as much as politics.

On another note, my biggest annoyance of it all are the ones that are saying "If this side or that side wins, I'm leaving america". It's the same BS that was said during the Obama election and it's stupid...they're just jumping on the bandwagon of "oh, I bet this makes me sound like I know what I'm talking about because I'm going with the majority despite me honestly not having the financial means or desire to do it"...

Exactly, it's almost as bad as the artists on here saying "if you voted for this person stop watching me" these things have nothing to do with who watches who, this whole election has been terrible. I have done a bunch of research into each candidate and followed it very closely, but the hate coming from both sides is just stupid. I have seen so many of my friends claim they are moving to Canada if Trump is elected, just like they did when Obama was elected, and even back when Bush was in office. It has been going on forever.

And the whole religion thing. Ugh. I swear I have about 20 friends who only vote republican because they are Christians. I'm not even joking there. They don't care about policies or the person they are voting for, they assume that is the better person because they tend to side with Christian ideals. It's so annoying to me.

It's ignorance at its finest, on both of those points. It's people that refuse to try and understand a difference of opinion and are too bigoted to try and step out of their own beliefs... the only religious or political debates I actually get into is when someone is completely slamming something else or someone else over their beliefs. And I've actually yet to see that on here, but it's shocking to see that furries, and even some gay furries, would hate on others based on difference of opinion when lets be honest... you're a furry, and you're gay... your opinions are pretty off the norm if we're being honest. <^w^> But... it seems to be that way... makes ya really wonder if it has always been that way or if something about the past few has just set people off down this slope.

As I mentioned, I am so happy it's over. People can begin to settle down and just be regular folk again. Looking forward to not hearing stupid polls that don't mean a damn. So looking forward to no more, "Elect ME!" ad pop ups. So looking forward to just everyone calming down and getting back to life, you know?

It's funny but Trump's speeches so far have been about treating all peoples of all races equal for supporting him for President. He basically lied about the mass-executions and deportations bit to gather support of rednecks and is now going to treat things seriously. I'm glad for it. I might be White, but I'm Buddhist!

It's funny, I don't think anybody with a working mind feels we are a Christian nation anymore. Even Christian's don't feel that way. America ceased being a Christian nation in the 1960's.

The only people in the world today who think in such broad terms are the handful of religious nuts. The kind that see America and its... attempts to nation build as the act of a Christian nation attacking with a Christian army.

But it's most obvious that we are certainly a post Christian nation. We still have some ideals, some morals and some influence, but to say we are Christian, well that's just silly.

Whoever is telling you that, well they don't really know who and what Christ was and is. A white Billionaire being elected makes us Christian? Hardly. They think because there is a Bible in their bookcase collecting dust, it makes them a Christian. Lol, go stand in the garage for a while and see if it makes you a car. Our nation would be much netter without "Christians" and instead were true disciples of Christ. Christ, though he claimed to be the son of God, never went about zapping people or using government in the least. He changed people's hearts.

It's just political drunkenness friend. It's a Friday night, "Our team won!" party mentality, rather than a true confession of faith. Trump's not a Christian either. Oh sure he believes in God, but so do demons- and they are said to tremble at the thought.

I am just glad it's over. It remains to be seen what will really happen with Donald... He has no real history to go by, you know? Other than the fact that he's a Billionaire. And he's about as Christian as the person standing in a garage is a car.
