It will stand the constitutional test. There's been a fair amount of case law about porn and some forms of porn are considered free speech (for obvious reasons, not all porn is free speech i.e. child porn and revenge porn). The problem is what happens during the time the legislation goes through and when it gets struck down in the court. A lot of people could end up getting hurt by it in the process (the number depends on how the law is crafted).

Sure he's for conversion therapy and he wants to get rid of gay marriage and wants people /arrested/ for trying to get a marriage license and they are going to absolutely gut women's health, but Hilary is just as bad! E-mails!!
