Getting away from my other journal and political views, I will restate here.
If you are scared, need someone to talk to, or need help please feel free to contact me publicly or privately. I will do what I can to help or get you in contact with someone that can help you.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, afraid, and thinking that suicide may be a possibility for you right not (for election reasons or not) please reach out, to me or to someone else. I have gone through suicidal depression as well, I have attempted it myself. I say with experience that you matter and are important and things will get better.

Whats worse is people passing it off like no big deal. People should be showing a bit more respect, acknowledging as to why so many are...
To those that do not understand institutionalized harm, it's like dirt that has been swept under the rug, they dont account for it.
And I'm not scared at all because instead of fear mongering I did my research and I know it's now where near as bad as everyone's crying. Hell, he's always been socially liberal. Today he changed his stance on abortion back to pro choice now that he doesn't need the republican vote for example
It's hard to put your faith in a man that will flip on such important issues just to get popular appeal. It's hard to trust he won't switch back at some point if he feels he needs it.
I don't begrudge people feeling unsafe and unsure, the world will carry on, but this level of uncertainty can be hard to deal with for some.
I felt fearful for my life and walking down the street today to get the mail and coming back, i jumped when cars drove by me and I feel so disoriented and lost.
I have no idea what to do.. I just don't want to be here..
This may be a set back, but the future is more progressive.
