Specifics?

I'm not losing as much weight as I'd like to know I'm I getting as healthy as I feel over the last few weeks so at this point I'm going to cut off portion sizes at about half and start exercising a lot more. It's a little bit dangerous today I had a blood sugar of about 50 because I need to adjust my insulin but it's something I need to do.
