I have observed that the world seems much more emotional and reactive than 10 or 20 years ago. Maybe I am getting more cynical or maybe something really is changing. We all live in a sea of air and do not consider it most of the time. I wonder if we also live in a sea of emotional energy and do not consider that most of the time. I know my generally positive attitude became contaminated by fear and loathing during the election. The election taught me I need to do some work on my emotional management and not let outside events, or people, direct who I become. Just the thought for today.
