If it concerns Pokemon porn...it's not Nintendo, they do not own the Pokemon IP. Pokemon Company and GameFreak do.

Whoever filed that takedown is a troll who hasn't bothered to do proper research, and has actually been at this for a few months now, targeting popular artists' Tumblr blogs and filing takedown notices if they happen to draw Pokemon porn.

I've heard of the rumor and it could be. Whatever is the case, there's not much I can do thanks to tumbkr's nonexistent moderating. I don't have the time nor energy to start a long and tedious email-conversation with the staff to get my blog restored; that is if they even bother answering to my complaint... :P

Already read it. If I understand it correctly, if the one who reported me denies the claim they have the right to take legal action against me? Yeah, no way I'm getting into that shit. And besides, it seems to require actually physically mailing the paperwork to the states; way too much hassle something that should be really simple :P

I've seen quite a few artists I know of get hit by this over nintendo fanart and get their Tumblr banned.

Sadly Tumblr's copyright enforcement thing does not favor the artist/defendant..... I expect quite a few to leave that site because of it.
