I have no self confidence and get frustrated with myself very easily. I never feel like what I do is good enough, be it in art or school or interacting with people or almost anything really.
sometimes this inadequacy comes from comparing myself to other people, but usually it's frustration with myself, like these standards that I personally hold myself to but can't accomplish.
