-New Arena Map: Ecopoint Antarctica
A compact new Arena map that features multiple new game modes, including a 3-vs-3 battle and 1-on-1 duel. Check it out in the Arcade.

-Adjustments to the skill rating system for the upcoming competitive season 3.

-Quick Play matches are now restricted to one of each hero per team


Hero balance changes:
-Damaging deployable objects no longer charges ultimates.
-Ultimate cost increased by 25% for all heroes.
-Ana Nano Boost no longer increases move speed.
-D.Va Call Mech ultimate cost decreased by 20%, Mech health (not armor) increased by 100, and movement speed while firing increased by 25%.
-Lucio Amp It Up healing per second decreased by 10%.
-Mei Ultimate cost increased by 15%
-Mercy self health regeneration now activates after 1 second while undamaged (was 3s).
-Pharah minimum explosion damaged increased, minimum knockback decreased, and Jump Jet lift increased by 35%
-Soldier 76 damage and spread increased.
-Torbjorn now automatically generates scrap, but collects less per enemy. Hammer swing speed increased and damage decreased.
-Widowmaker is no longer damaged by her own venom mine, and scoped charge rate increased by 20%.
-Zarya power gained from barriers decreased by 20%.
