hi guys! i'm sorry to make a journal like this but it seems like paypal has ripped me off.

it started back in august, when i purchased a prepaid card. it charged me $5 for holding it each month, it seemed questionable but i was fine with it at the time.

the problem is, i have no way to transfer the money onto my paypal. so it's just sitting there, collecting dust.
i am EXTREMELY unhappy with the unprofessional setup and how confusing it has been to try and activate my card, and had to go to personally uncomfortable lengths in trying to retrieve the activation. at this point, i've really sadly given up.
NEVER will i make the mistake of purchasing a card like that again.

in other words, i.. really need the help in earning that money back. i need it for personal reasons, such as for food or paying for mess.
if you guys could help by commissioning me or even donating, i.. would be so grateful.
