Tis a bit difficult to get images of~ Basically another player (if you're set to prey) can grab you and eat you. You'll be teleported 'inside' to a default internal. You can also make your own custom internals! You can set yourself to prey or pred at any time, or switch!

Theres always someone who can 'take pictures' for the creators and such, to show off the mod some. I might look into it though, only thing is i dont have a custom skin and dont really wanna be Random McJoebob >w>

Technically, it's not a mod. It's all vanilla Minecraft. The actual vore is done via a plugin.
