After discovering the book by Alastair Reynolds, Diamond Dogs, Turquoise Days, I find myself amazed that nobody's fanarted the diamond dog cyborgs yet.
I'd be working on that myself tonight, if I had access to a copy of the book - which was sold out everywhere nearby.
